I've been tagged *le gasp*

Ground Rules: The first player of this "game" starts with the topic "5 Guilty Pleasures" and people who get tagged need to write an LJ entry about their 5 Guilty Pleasures as well as state this rule. In the end, you need to choose the next 5 people to be tagged and list their names.

5) I'm a hopeless sap. Total sucker for pretty much any halfway-decently-told love story.

4) I LOVE stuffed animals and, yes, I sleep with some favorites on occasion. No, not THAT way. Not a furry, thank you. >>

3) I am a crazed Xena fan. I count that as "guilty" because of the sheer make-fun-of-a-bility that show seems to have. Can we say Camp Central, kids?

2) Along the lines of #5 (and maybe #3 >.>)... one of my favorite themes in art and literature is homosexuality. Yes - the dreaded shoujo/shounen ai (but not limited to anime). I'm really not sure why...

1) I admit it - I enjoy an occasional Pokemon fix. >_> I even collected some of those little Pokemon toys that Burger King put in kid's meals several years ago. Hey, darnit, just look at some of those cute little critters with lethal combat skills and tell me it wouldn't ROCK to have one or two as a real-life pet.

That takes care of that. As for tagging... nah, I'm not gonna bother. If anyone wants to steal this one, please do. And I mean PLEASE do. :P


Soooo... apparently I have AIM email now. >> I randomly had an email at an address I didn't realize I had when I logged on to AIM today. I checked into it though, and it actually doesn't look too bad. Two gigs, alerts when I'm on AIM (which I'm on more often than Yahoo, where my main email is), and most interestingly, apparently you can cancel a message after you've sent it, as long as the person on the other end hasn't opened it yet. Which means you can also check as often as desired to see if your sent email has been opened yet. That could be a very handy little stealth feature. >> << Though I didn't read close enough to see if that only applies when you're sending to another AIM email address, or to any address... probably the former, in which case... darn. >> Oh well.

I have GOT to do some cleaning up in this room. Somewhere in the past few months it went all insane again.

On a final note... tonight I learned that floating around somewhere out there is a cover of Hit The Road Jack performed by... MIYAVI. Sweet mother of mercy, the sky is falling. But I can't find the mp3 anywhere, so I did the best I could for the time being - added it to my Myspace profile. >>
